The story behind
the license.
Fourteen years in real estate. 1,300 homes sold. One reason I still do this: the people.
I got into real estate because of my dad, Larry.
After graduating from The Ohio State University's Fisher College of Business, I knew I wanted a career where I could work alongside him and build something meaningful. What started as a chance to learn the business from my father quickly became something much bigger.
Real estate isn't really about houses. It's about people.
Over the years, I've worked with first-time buyers who were terrified of making the wrong decision, growing families searching for more space, empty nesters starting a new chapter, and families relocating to Northeast Ohio who didn't know a single street name when they arrived. In every case, the goal has been the same: help people make one of the biggest decisions of their lives with confidence.
I believe buying or selling a home shouldn't feel like a sales transaction. It should feel like having a trusted guide in your corner. That's why I take a no-pressure approach. My job isn't to convince someone to buy a house. My job is to educate, advise, and advocate so they can make the best decision for themselves and their family.
The most rewarding part of this business isn't the closing table. It's the relationships that continue long after the move. Many of my clients become friends. I get to watch families grow, celebrate new jobs, welcome children, and achieve goals they once thought were out of reach.
Fourteen years later, that's still why I do this.
Real estate has given me the opportunity to help people through some of life's biggest transitions, and I don't take that responsibility lightly. Every client has a story. Every move has a reason. Being trusted to be part of that journey is something I'll never take for granted.
How I work
Honest, Always
I'll tell you what you need to hear, not what you want to hear. My job isn't to close a deal — it's to protect you from a bad one.
No Pressure, Ever
I believe buying or selling a home shouldn't feel like a sales transaction. It should feel like having a trusted guide in your corner.
Protective by Nature
Whether it's negotiating $62,500 above neighborhood records or walking away from a bad deal, I advocate fiercely for my clients.
Relationships Over Transactions
The most rewarding part of this business isn't the closing table. It's the friendships that continue long after the move.
"If I had to choose one, it would be first-time home buyers. They're excited, nervous, overwhelmed, and often have no idea what to expect. Being able to educate them, guide them through the process, and watch them get the keys to their very first home is incredibly rewarding."
"That said, what I really enjoy isn't a specific type of transaction — it's helping people through major life transitions. Whether it's a first-time buyer, a growing family, a relocation client moving across the country, or someone downsizing after 30 years in the same home, I enjoy being the person they trust during an important chapter of their life."
